Distinctive and innovative glazing was added to each gable of this cottage in Oxfordshire to give greater access to the garden as well as to introduce more light and space to the main living areas.
A double-height extension on one gable, with shaped curtain-walling above and two sets of bifold doors below, creates a truly impressive space to house the kitchen as well as provide a large light-flooded entrance hall and landing. The second gable has two sets of French doors leading onto the garden.
