Our sales and showroom teams have technical knowledge about our products to guide you through our different ODC systems and the specifications of each range. ODC TECHNICAL
ESTIMATORS AND SURVEYORS
Responsible for the project specifics of glazing dimensions and structural design, our technical estimators and surveyors ensure that your glazing has the correct specification and is fit for purpose. They make site visits and build an understanding of the complexities and challenges of particular sites and projects. ODC installs the systems we supply; our experienced and skilled installation teams underpin our ODC guarantee.
ODC OPERATIONS
From the moment your order comes off our production line, this team are committed to getting your doors and windows to site safely and speedily. With the logistics expertise, skills and the specialist handling equipment to deliver our huge panels, they ensure our expert ODC installation teams can fit to schedule.

ODC Customer Service
ODC aims for exceptional customer service from your first contact with us to final installation and after-sales support. Our Project Coordinators will keep you informed about factory lead times and liaise with our technical teams, your architect and contractors. We offer clients a fully holistic service – from design right through to installation, we will be with you each step of the way. That’s our promise.
The level of care and attention to detail, the quality of the products and the customer service they provided were all second-to-none. Windows and doors are a huge purchase, and having never bought them before, we were really nervous, but ODC held our hands from the word go – reassuring us, explaining every step thoroughly, and helping us make sensible decisions.
