DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

SITE SURVEYS
Once a quotation is approved and an order placed, a project is assigned a project coordinator from our customer services team, who will book a site survey. Our experienced surveyors and project managers are here to help and advise, whether that be regarding our systems or the construction process.
We will work closely with you to provide technical solutions, answer queries and solve specific challenges. Our survey processes are extremely thorough; levels, dimensions, seals and finishes are all checked and approved to ensure the specified systems meet client expectations and are the best fit for the building. INSTALLATION
We provide a complete supply and installation service, including a full site survey. Our technical team will liaise with you to ensure that all openings and floor levels are achievable and appropriately prepared. STANDARD SYSTEMS
ALWAYS IN STOCK
Working on a project with tight deadlines? We hold stock of a number of sliding door systems and windows which means we can offer short lead times. These ‘off the shelf’ systems comply with our usual high quality standards. Our ODC300 and ODCSL320 Sliding Doors, ODC121 Bifold Doors and can be available within four to six weeks of order.
3D DRAWINGS
It can be challenging for clients to visualise the physical scale and size of an extension or new build in 2D representation. We can replicate your drawings within our 3D rendering software as part of our design service. This can be particularly helpful for understanding the proportion of glass area to frame.
