This new luxury home has a delightful ‘hygge’ warmth and welcome. It nestles among pine trees, just minutes from the beach, in its own tranquil, gated plot. A two-storey pavilion design, it is open plan living at its most versatile. Large expanses of glass make the most of its setting and connect the interior with the peaceful woodland location.
Large ODC 300+ Patio sliding doors have been combined with corner glass sections to increase the aspect of each room and extend the views. The 300+ system’s robust and modular aluminium construction offers design versatility; huge sliding panels are combined with fixed panels to create glass walls. It’s a system designed for the most exposed locations with superb thermal efficiency and the highest security specifications in the ODC range.
The ODC 300+ range operates with a ‘lift and slide’ mechanism. It’s a family-friendly design, and very easy to operate as the panels open effortlessly and smoothly with minimum applied pressure.
All frames for this project are finished in an architect-specified Matt Brown Grey powder coating with matching handles. The colour reflects the palette of the surrounding woodland and softens the linear pavilion design. Moving away from the standard black, white or Anthracite window frames is one way in which to achieve a bespoke and individual look for your property.
All openings in this new home have custom-made windows. Fixed windows increase light levels on the upper floor, either when combined with opening casement windows in the bathrooms and bedrooms or or as set-alone picture windows. And all have powder-coated low maintenance aluminium frames for design cohesion, security and longevity.
