It doesn’t get any more beach than this! A pair of new build three-storey homes with direct access to a very special stretch of the East Sussex coastline, just outside Rye.

The main bedrooms have stunning sea views and external balconies with frameless balustrading, while their substantial main open plan kitchens, living and dining spaces have views to the sea, as well as inland over fields and woodland.

Both properties have large floor to ceiling sliding doors and a range of bespoke aluminium windows. All windows and door frames are finished in matt Anthracite to complement the external cladding of narrow white brick slips, dark grey render and zinc.

Deep cantilevered balconies provide shading against solar gain.

Installed in both houses are slimline high performance ODC77 aluminium windows. The bespoke aluminium windows have exceptional weather performance and are specified in a variety of fixed, top hung, and tilt and turn openings to maximise the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Robust, high perfomance ODC300+ sliding systems have exceptional security specifications, making them a suitable choice for properties near spaces with public access.

An Up and Over glass wall

Look again and you’ll see that the top floor of one property features a curtain wall with an ‘up and over’ profile to deliver panoramic views, adding to the property’s already subtantial wow factor.
