Please note that our fitters’ diaries operate on a first come, first served basis and are location dependent. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that a scheduled visit date can be changed, but we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
Please also be aware that we do not offer an emergency call-out service. If this issue is affecting the security of your home or business, we recommend contacting a professional locksmith. Please note that this would not be covered under our warranty.
